HOW HIRE WORKS

This is for the DIY couples who just want to use some of our amazing stock to enhance their vision!

  • This won't apply for couples using our styling services.

  • Hiring items is available UK-Wide. But we do not ship, as we love our items and want to keep them safe. So travel/accommodation will be incorporated into the price.

  • Hire is for 3 days.

Step 1: Get Some Inspiration

  • Have a browse through the DIY section of the site to find our in stock items.

  • Make a note of what you'd like to hire and then get in touch.

  • We'll need to know your date and quantity of items. We'll get back to you ASAP if hire is available for the 3 dates surrounding your wedding and the quantities we have. â€‹

If you are a DIY bride you'll more than likely need some help setting up and takedown - check out our One Fine Day package.

Step 2: Quote

​

Once you've had a look through the website, get in touch with what you would like to hire so we can provide you with a quote. 

​

It will have the full breakdown of costs so you can easily stick to budget.

  • Item price

  • Delivery & Pick Up

  • Breakage 

  • Length of time hired

  • Cleaning​

If you are happy with your quote and would like to book us, we will ask for a 50% deposit on your order to secure your day and hire items.

​

We will ask for the remaining payment 1 month before your event or wedding day.

If we do not have final payment we have the right to relinquish your date, and keep the deposit.

Step 3: Your Big Day or Event

​

2 weeks before your event, we will confirm times with you to bring your hire items to the venue.

We can also talk straight to your venue - we prefer this as it is one less thing you have to worry about.

We will also arrange a time for it to be collected the next day.

We don't ask for timings at booking as you probably won't know the answer until everything is mostly in place.
